Hints For Searching Records: The Simple Search searches all the BODY and TITLE fields for the exact characters you type (search is not case sensitive). For instance if you want to search for 'John W. Ray', you could type 'john W. Ray' or 'john w Ray' or 'ray, john' or whatever the possibilities there are for this name (without the ''). For the Detail Search, just put in the information for the different fields you want to limit your search on. The search uses the 'AND' search. For example if you want to search for just the Land type information AND names with Noble or Nobles AND that have been recorded in Morgan county... put in 'Noble' for the Body field, choose 'Land' for the Label field, type 'Morgan' for the County field (without any '') and press Search. If you don't see the results you are looking for, be less restrictive by putting 'Noble' in the Body field and 'GA' in the State field or leave out the state entirely and press Search. |
